Created own list of major gift prospects for the organization. Researched possible major gift prospects.
Developed reporting on monthly giving and tracking of major gift prospects for a team of 4 individuals. Initiated dashboards on development efforts for board reports.
Obtained one of the largest gifts in the organization's history ($250,000).
Revitalized the annual giving campaign from a once a year mailing to twice a year. Developed a detailed ask strategy with personalized information in the mailing. Results included increasing the annual giving from $60,000 for the mailing to $100,000. Increased the average gift from a little over $100 to over $200.
Obtained 40% of the annual gifts for the organization in a year.
Developed new named opportunities and options for scholarships to create more major gift opportunities.
